Brisbane Distillery Gin Club – Terms of Use
Subscribers to or users of Brisbane Distillery Gin Club services are bound by the following, as well as Brisbane Distillery’s general terms and conditions.
New members will receive an introductory offer of two 700 mL bottles of Queensland Dry Gin after payment has successfully been made to Brisbane Distillery. Subsequent months will align with a program of seasonal releases hand crafted exclusively for Brisbane Distillery Gin Club members after each monthly payment.
You consent to being charged via direct debit on the credit card supplied by you every month on an ongoing basis for as long as you are a member of the Club.
Members may cancel their subscription or skip a month at any time on the club account page. Cancelations or skipped months must be processed by the 10th day of each month. Cancelations or skipped months made after this date will apply from the following month.
Note that we do not store your credit card details on our website - they are held by Stripe, our secure third-party payment gateway. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address and credit card details are correct and valid - you can update them at any time on your account page.
If your payment fails on the scheduled processing date, we will attempt to process the payment again 1 day later. If your second payment attempt fails, we will try again 3 days later. We will advise you of these dates in an email sent to you after each payment fails. If each attempted payment for a Club case fails and you contact us at a later time or date to make payment, we cannot guarantee the availability of that month’s gin.
Free shipping only applies to Brisbane Metro areas on their club orders, however we reserve the right to alter this at any time.
We reserve the right to remove a member from the Club if their membership is not in use or we are unable to process or safely deliver their scheduled order. Examples of when this could occur include if you skip your scheduled order or your payment fails on multiple consecutive occasions, or if your credit card, address or contact details are incorrect or expired and this interferes with us being able to process your orders or safely deliver to you. In every instance, we will make all reasonable efforts to get in touch with you using the contact details saved on your account before making the decision to cancel your membership.
We will contact you primarily via email to communicate important information about your membership. It is your responsibility to ensure that our emails are not being sent to your spam folder. If you are not receiving our emails in regards to your Club membership, please contact customer service.
We may alter the terms of or discontinue the Brisbane Distillery Gin Club at our discretion provided reasonable notice has been given. In such situations, we will contact you via the email address provided on your account to notify you of the changes or discontinuation.
